Eric was born in Grenfell on 26/06/1915.

​He married to Annie Hart in Brewarrina in 1941.

Annie was born there in 1921.

​They had the following children:

• Judee Ann Russell (1947 –       )

• Ken Russell (1949 –       )

• Lloyd Russell (1958 –       )

​Annie died in Brewarrina in 1998.

Eric most likely moved to Queensland after Annie’s dead.
He died on 07/11/2004 and his ashes are at Brewarrina Cemetery, Brewarrina, New South Wales.
