William Vandermeulen Wild (1834 – 1861)

william vandermeulen wildWilliam was born on 04/10/1834 at “Vanderville”, The Oaks.

He married on 26/01/1855 at St.James C/E, Sydney to Eliza Jane S Greer.
Eliza was born in Ireland in 1835.

​They had the following children:

  • John Greer Mileham Wild (1856 – 1943)

  • Robert Valentine Wild (1858 – 1906)

  • William Vandermeulen Wild (1860 – 1885)

​William died on 25/05/1861 in Newtown and is buried at St Stephens C/E, Camperdown.

​Eliza died on 23/11/1897 in Darling Point NSW.

William was born on 01/12/1860 in Sydney and baptised on 24/02/1861 in Wagga Wagga.

He died at sea, caused by “Yellow Fever” on 27/02/1885.
