Charles was born in Clermont on 16/07/1901.
He married to Leila Sarah Hardwicke on 18/04/1934 in QLD.
Leila was born in Mackay on 17/08/1905.
They had no children.
Leila died in Mackay on 06/11/1978.
Charles died in Mackay Base Hospital on 03/05/1991.
The death notice read:
Charles Fred, born July 16, 1901, in Clermont, Qld; died May 3 in the Mackay Base Hospital. He sold his dairy farm in Habana in 1956, and moved to Mackay. Baptised by Pastor R. T. Robinson on November 27, 1965, Fred was one of the foundation members of the North Mackay church. He is survived by his nephews and their wives: Horace and Judy, and Robert and Eleanor; and great-nephews and- nieces, Vanessa, Bradley, Beryl, Bernard (all of Mackay). He was predeceased by his wife in 1978. Pastor William Turner was associated in the service.
