Edgar was born on 25/01/1848 in Windsor.

​He married to Elizabeth Javens on 26/06/1882 in Church of England Bathurst. Elizabeth was the daughter of Mary Matilda Kable and Charles Javens, born on 07/12/1863 in Bathurst.

​Edgar died on 16/06/1923 in Parramatta.

Elizabeth died on 10/10/1950 in Sydney.
