Albert John Kable (1866 – 1933)

Albert was born in Bathurst in 1866.

​He married on 17/10/1887 in Blayney to Eliza Lillian McGeorge.

Albert died on 25/12/1933 in Blayney. He is buried together with his brother Henry, Mother Harriet(t) and Grandfather Charles in Orange.

Herbert Kable (1894 – 1917)

Herbert was born on 18/10/1894 in Blayney.

Studio portrait of 5042 Acting Corporal (A Cpl) Herbert Kable, 17th Battalion, of Newbridge, NSW. A labourer prior to enlistment, he embarked with the 13th Reinforcements from Sydney aboard HMAT Kyarra on 5 June 1916. Later reverting to the rank of private, he was killed in action in France on 14 March 1917. Pte Kable was buried at Adanac Military Cemetery, Miraumont.

Arthur Ernest Kable (1899 – 1979)

Arthur was born in Blayney on 14/09/1899.

He joined the Army in 1939.

​He married on 14/04/1951 (registration 10649/1951) in Annandale to Irene Ethel Clifford. She was born in 1915 in Sydney. Irene was married before (on 07/09/1937, age 18, in Glebe) to Jack Walter Tanner.

​Irene died in Balmain on 06/04/1966.

​Arthur died in Strathfield on 21/07/1979. On his death registration (15986/1979) no parents are listed. Mentioned is “died at Strathfield age 80”.

Hector Kable (1902 – 1903)

Hector was born in Blayney on 13/09/1902.
