He married on 21/08/1889 in Sydney to Margaret Mary O’Toole.

Margaret remarried in 1914 to Antony Michael Walton.
Margaret and Antony had a son Antony JC Walton (1909 – 1955).
Margaret died on 26/05/1942 in Ryde and is buried in Waverley Cemetery.

​Roland remarried on 22/10/1902 in St Lukes Presp. Redfern to Mary Elizabeth Lynch.
She was born in Peelwood on 10/10/1876.

Interesting note: Margaret Mary O’Toole is an Aunty of Mary Elizabeth Lynch.

​Roland died on 26/11/1937 in Marrickville.

Mary Elizabeth Lynch

Mary died in Helensburgh NSW on 11/01/1969.

Roland and Mary are both cremated and their ashes are in Rookwood.
