Cecil was born in Newtown on 29/08/1902 and baptised on 26/10/1902 in Newtown, St Stephen.

He married to Winifred May Knight in Sep 1926 in Waverley. Winifred was born in Bristol UK in 1905

• John Richard Ewen Teale (1931 – 1973)

​The marriage ended in divorce and Cecil married to Irene Lucinda Brennan in 1933 in Sydney.
Irene was born in Marrickville in 1908.

​They had no children.

​Cecil died on 29/01/1934 in Redfern as a result of self-administered dosis of Cyanide.

A family story:

Cecil Charles Brooks TEALE studied Pharmacy at the University of Sydney and graduated in 1923. As a chemist he had his Chemist shop in Macquarie St, Sydney in the late 1920′ followed by the Mayfield pharmacy in Mayfield , Newcastle, NSW early 1930’s.

He married in 1929 Winnifried May Knight, divorced in 1931 and remarried 17/06/1933 Irene Lucinda Brennan.

He died in 1934, age 32, in Redfern.
